Baking cookies - the instructions

1. Preparation: Fat (cut into small pieces), sugar, flour, gingerbread spice, baking powder and egg to a smooth dough process. When wrapped in foil, cool best in portions for approx. 30 minutes.

2. Roll out thinly on a work surface dusted with flour. Cut out the snow stars and place them on sheets of baking paper. Always knead the dough pieces, roll out again and cut out again.

3. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 degrees / gas: level 3) and allow to cool. Stir powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Stain half of the glaze with food coloring. Fill each in a small bag and cut off a tiny corner for spraying. Glaze the biscuits and decorate with sugar pearls. Then lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
