Ingredients for 2 persons
- 100 g basmati rice
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 piece (about 20 g) ginger
- 600 g of chard
- 80 g of lean cooked ham
- 1 tbsp sesame
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation, about 30 minutes
- Cook rice in 200 ml of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- Meanwhile peel onion, garlic and ginger. Dice the onion, finely chop garlic and ginger. Clean chard and wash. Cut stalks off leaves and cut into wide strips.
- Cut the ham into strips as well.
- To sesame in a large pan without fat, take out. Heat the oil in the pan. Drain the rice if necessary. In the hot oil, stir fry 2-3 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic, ginger and chard stalks and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add chard leaves and ham, continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame.
