Robust but very decorative is the wooden tray on which the cups are presented for country house brunch. Here they are waiting to be filled with hot chocolate, coffee or tea.

You need this:
- Acrylic paint in brown and white (eg from Hobby Line; craft shop)
- Tray blank (craft shop)
- Letter stamp (craft shop)
- Acrylic paint, colorless (eg from Hobby Line, craft shop)
- 2 brushes
And that's how easy it is:
1. Dilute the brown acrylic paint with water and coat the tablet blank with it. Let dry.
2. Apply white paint to each letter stamp with the brush.
3. Stamp letters on the tray. Let dry.
4. For durability, paint the tray with acrylic varnish.
