  • 240 g raw shrimp (without head and shell)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1 (about 350 g) mango
  • 1 lime
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 orange
  • 3 stalk (s) of coriander

Preparation, about 25 minutes

Wash 1 shrimp, pat dry and halve lengthwise. It may remove the dark intestine. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Heat 2 1 tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick pan. Fry shrimp in hot heat for about 3 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic at the end and fry briefly. Take everything out and let it cool down a bit.

Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and cut into cubes of approx. 1 cm. Squeeze out lime. Cut avocados in half and remove seeds. Remove the pulp from the shells with a spoon and cut into small pieces.

4 Add half a drop of lime juice. Peel the onion, halve and cut into strips.

Squeeze 5 orange. Mix orange juice, remaining lime juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat in 3 tbsp of oil. Wash coriander, shake dry, peel off leaves and finely chop. Stir under the dressing.

Mix shrimp, mangoes, avocados, onions and dressing. Season with salt and pepper again. Arrange salad in small bowls.
