Get creative

With homemade stamps you can get really creative. Simply decorate bedding, placemat, cosmetic bags and more.

This is what you need for the stamped bed linen:

  • Bubble Wrap
  • empty roll of wrapping paper
  • double-sided adhesive tape
  • bed linen
  • wide painter's crepe
  • Textile paint in gray green
  • Iron
  • brush

And that's how easy it is:

1. Wrap the bubble wrap around the center of the empty wrapping paper roll and secure it to the inside of the slide with double-sided tape to create a seamless transition without the tape backing.

2. Iron sheets. Stick the piece of linen to be printed around the table with a wide crepe on the table, so that it does not slip when stamping.

3. Using a brush, paint the textile dye on the bubble wrap.

4. Roll across the sheets starting at one side. (A coat of bubble wrap is sufficient for about 30 cm) 5. Allow to dry well.

What you need for the stamped magazine rack:

  • 8 x 90¡ copper pipe bends (22 mm diameter)
  • Copper tube overall length 272 cm (22 mm diameter)
  • Natural-colored linen fabric (49 x 150 cm)
  • Diamond stamp large (dawanda.com about pearl fisherman)
  • Textil Inkpad black, (www.idee-shop.com, for 5, 49 €)
  • hacksaw
  • ruler
  • pencil
  • Iron
  • fabric scissors
  • French chalk
  • Sewing machine and color matching yarn
  • Cardboard to underlay

That's how it works:

1. Cut copper tubes to the sizes: 2 x 430 mm, 4 x 350 mm, 2 x 230 mm.

2. Equip the two 230 mm pieces with 90¡ copper sheets at each end.

3. Insert into the four openings of the copper arches, which are four 350 mm copper tubes (so that, so to speak, two "U's" are created, which later form the legs).

4. Attach the remaining 90¡ sheets to both ends of the two 430 mm copper pipes.

5. At this step help from a second person is required: set up both copper pipes "U's", the second person then put the two 430 mm pipes, with the 90¡ -bows at the ends, on the opening of the "U's".

6. Cut fabric to size 49 x 150 cm and iron.

7. Turn over and sew on each edge 1 time twice.

8. Place the cardboard on the table to place it on the table and place the fabric on the cardboard with the right side up. Stamp with diamonds. Let dry.

9. Place a short piece of fabric around the copper bar (430 mm) so that there is enough room for maneuver. Mark the distance for a drawstring with a tailor's chalk, remove the fabric and sew the drawstring in the lockstitch. Same procedure on the other side.

10. Open the Copper Rod Scaffold on both long sides at the 90 ° bend and pull the fabric outward over the copper tube with the pattern.

  • pencil

2. Fix the pentagon on the acrylic block with double-sided adhesive tape.
