Konstantin of Greece: With cystitis in the hospital

Poor health

The good news beforehand: Konstantin of Greece (73) has just been released from the hospital. Due to a bladder infection, he had to be treated. Now only follow-up inspections are planned, it proclaims the royal family.

But for the ex-ex-King of Greece, this could turn out to be an extremely stubborn health condition. As you know, prince Philip (92), the husband of the Queen (87), suffers from cystitis again and again. Is this an indication that the body is weakened overall?

In 2009, Konstantin of Greece had to undergo a difficult heart surgery. He too is not getting any younger. But he does not have to deal with his abdication concerns. For Constantine, who towered over Greece from 1964 to 1973, experienced the end of the Greek monarchy at that time. His son, Crown Prince Pavlos, 46, married to the beautiful Marie-Chantal, 44, has no land left to govern.
