She was pregnant with five-legged women - how hard such a multiple pregnancy is, says the mother herself

Kim Tucci is 26, lives in Perth and has quintuplets! Together with husband Vaughn the mother of three got five more children. Now the two proud parents of two sons and six daughters. To anticipate: It was not artificial insemination!

To share the ups and downs of her extraordinary pregnancy, Kim started writing a blog. On Surprised by Five she writes down everything that moved her during pregnancy. And she really had it: Twice a night at the toilet, a calorie intake of around 6000 calories a day and constant heartburn are just a few of the side effects of her Fünflings pregnancy. "I had problems enough to eat, " the young mother admits.

"From day to day the pregnancy gets tougher, " Kim writes on her blog. Every mother understands that, but what it feels like to carry 5 children instead of one is hard to imagine. What really bothers Kim are the stretch marks on her body. Because they are of course about five times as strong as in a normal pregnancy.

Nevertheless, Kim has not given up . During the 24th week, photographer Erin Elizabeth sent her beautiful pictures . She presents all her femininity on a beach near Perth.

I've been getting a lot of emails asking to see more pictures from the maternity session with Kim from Surprised by Five ...

Kim was able to hold on until the 30th week of pregnancy. The children were born by caesarean section. And it only took about 2 minutes. All children are healthy. Now Kim and her husband are trying to get used to life with the five-fingered and their other 3 children. "It's hard to accept that our lives have changed forever, " Kim writes on her blog. We wish the family all the best!

Another little video from the ultrasound I shared with you the other day. It's amazing how you see one of the babies umbilical cords!
