Peyman Amin is Modelscout of the renowned agency IMG Models and Juror in the TV show "Germany's Next Top Model". In the near future he will launch his own men's collection with his label "12:18 Peyman: Amin".
For the start, there is still a fashionable delicacy, of which the ladies also has something: Matching the European Football Championship Peyman has designed T-shirts in the national team look. The collection is available in the "Germany's next Topmodel" shop.
Hello Peyman! In keeping with the certainly not absent football ecstasy you have designed exclusive T-shirts, both for men and for women. How did you come up with the idea of designing soccer shirts, of all things - I just wanted to combine my main interests, fashion and football. The fact that the European Championship is around the corner rounds things off.
Are you a football fan yourself? How will you follow the European Championship? Yes, I'm a fan of Bavaria and Germany. I have many friends who will invite me to the games that will also be playing: Bastian Schweinsteiger, Willy Sagnol and Franck Ribéry. That's why my heart beats a bit for France.
Through your role in "Germany's Next Top Model", you are repeatedly represented in the media and are often described as too hard critics. Would you say this term is justified? Too hard I would not look at my position, I'm certainly very straightforward in my way, but of course I just want the best for our girls.
In the modeling industry, girls are expected to be totally disciplined. They should eat healthily and at the same time do a lot of sports. Do you hold yourself to these intentions? How do you keep your body fit? I go jogging regularly, almost every morning, half an hour, then 15 minutes of stretching and finally 10 minutes in the sauna.
Your label is called "12:18 Peyman: Amin" and from 2009 should be your own men's collection. In which direction will the style of the collection go? The collection should reflect my personal and special style and be a mix between Gucci and Prada.
