This beautiful blanket is a great Christmas present! In our step-by-step instructions, we'll tell you how you can easily sew the plaid yourself.
What you need for the ceiling:
- Paper for the template
- Vliesofix iron-on
- Felt in red and white
- blanket
- yellow wool
- fabric glue
- pen
- fabric scissors
- Bügeleeisen
It's that easy:
1. Print template and cut it out.
2. Draw the motif on the smooth side (paper) of the Vliesofix. Cut out roughly.
3. Place with the rough side ( fleece ) on the left side of the felt. Dry for 5 seconds, iron without steam. Cut out the motif exactly. Remove backing paper. Place with the coated side down on the selected position of the ceiling. With a damp cloth and light pressure step by step - press for about 10 seconds / place. Iron adjustment: wool / cotton. After fixing, allow the parts to cool flat for about 20 minutes to allow adhesion to stabilize.
4. Cut the stamen out of yellow wool, make a small knot at the end and glue onto the flower with textile glue.
