How do deaf people get help if they have a problem with their electronic device? The standard advice to contact a customer hotline is out of place here. Deaf people face a dead end. Often they depend on the help of strangers. That should change now: In Turkey, Samsung opens a video call center for hearing-impaired people. Sign language gives each customer the help he needs.
The introduction will be a relief for many people. But for the announcement of the call center first gets a single deaf person the surprise of his life! For a new advertisement, Samsung has come up with a particularly touching action that is now going around the world!
The life of the deaf: a day without barriers
For the video, the deaf Muharrem is accompanied by his everyday life. What he does not know: The day will be anything but normal.
