4.5 kilos in a week? For real? That promises at least the Military Diet. This diet plan was developed to make American soldiers fit. Nevertheless, the diet is tough and at most as a crash diet rate. Experts warn that the Military Diet should not be made for more than three weeks.

Less than 1000 calories - as dictated by the Military Diet - is really little. On average, a woman who exercises can lose weight well even with 1400 calories a day. The Military Diet is a bit harder.

How does the Military Diet work?

In the Military Diet, you follow a very strict diet plan for three days. The remaining four days of the week consist of diet. This is not quite so strict. The good thing about this diet: You do not have to buy expensive shakes or supplements. And only three days a week are really tough. During the rest of the week you are also on a diet but you can strike a little bit more here.

What can I eat at the Military Diet?

A typical day of the military diet includes one

  • Slice of toast, an egg and a half banana for breakfast.
  • For lunch, there is a bowl of cottage cheese, 5 rice waffles and a hard-boiled egg .
  • 200 grams of boiled ham, a cup of broccoli, half a cup of carrots, half a banana and half a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Foods that are also allowed

  • Peanut butter,
  • Grapefruit,
  • Tuna,
  • every kind of meat,
  • green beans
  • or apple.

The important thing is that on three days of the week, the calorie count does not exceed 1000.

What do experts say about the Military Diet?

The diet consultants of the stars are enthusiastic: As fast as with this diet, one hardly takes off otherwise. Khloe Kardashian is said to have done this diet as well. Nevertheless, the Military Diet can only be considered as an introduction to a diet change. Otherwise, after discontinuing the diet, the unpleasant jojo effect begins. Since the body has been displaced so much in times of need, he then ensures that in normal diet, calories are bunkered quickly.

Who wants to counteract the yo-yo effect, this entry after the diet certainly helps.
