- granulated sugar
- green food coloring (eg

- Ice maker in heart shape (preferably made of silicone)

1. Mix the granulated sugar with a little bit of water so that it gets sticky but does not dissolve (for 200 g of sugar about 1 teaspoon of water). Mix well.
2. Color some of the sugar by adding the food coloring drop by drop and stirring until the desired color is obtained. Tip: When the sugar has dried, the color becomes lighter again.
3. Pour sugar into the ice cube maker and press firmly.
4. Let it dry overnight.
