Anti-shoes for a crack-butt

Training on foot?

Almost every woman loves her - high heels! And this despite the fact that, depending on the height, these shoes, which shoe women, cause slight to considerable pain. Never mind - that's what we women usually think. Who wants to be beautiful must suffer. Do we really have to suffer and risk the health of our feet, so we look like schnitzel?

Unfortunately, our beloved high heels often cause unwanted side effects: back problems due to excessive hollow posture, weakening of the hocks, shortening of the calf muscles and not least a weakening of the gluteal muscles.

To compensate, orthopedic specialists and sports physicians recommend walking barefoot as often as possible. But when should we do that? In the office? Out in the rain? Not a good idea.

This is what the MBT company has thought of and unceremoniously developed the so-called "anti shoes". The shoes should have a positive effect on the entire body, simulate barefoot walking on natural, soft soil through the rounded sole and even train the glutes, burn fat and fight cellulite.

Knackpo through shoes?

This argument convinced me and I tested the "anti shoes". At the optics, I was only a little surprised, because they seem a bit clunky by the rounded sole. At the foot but that is not so noticeable.

My first steps seemed to be like having eggs under my feet. But after a few meters on foot my shoes and I had become friends and I did not want to take them off anymore.

And indeed: The next day, I felt my butt muscles quite nice! Since then, I have been practicing my buttocks regularly - by walking back and down with my "anti-shoes".
