You can use this great reference twice! He can be used either for a stool or for a side table and we show you how to do it.
You need this:
- Lana Grossa quality "Mille II" (50% virgin wool Merino extrafine, 50% acrylic, LL = approx. 55 m / 50 g): approx. 1000 g each of gray brown (Fb. 42) and lavender (Fb. 66)
- Knitting needles No. 7
- 2 stools by IKEA "SOLSTA PÄLLBO", Art. 501.093.09, 39 x 39 x 39 cm
- if used as a side table possibly 1 acrylic glass pane from the hardware store, 39 x 39 x 39 cm, 3 mm thick, transparent.
And this is how it's done:
Watch out:
Knit everything with double thread!
Nodules border:
The 1st M each R as Rechtsstr. dep. The last M every R re str.
Seed Stitch:
Change 1 st, 1 ml in stocking sts. Knit the M staggered in each R.
Knitting tension:
8.5 M and 15 R pearlescent with Nd. No. 7 and double thread knitted = 10 x 10 cm.
Execution:
Per stool or side table in greyish brown and lavender, each 5 equal parts str. The floor remains open. Pro part 1 square, each 39 cm side length str. For each 35 sts hit with double thread. In pear pattern with knot edge str. After each 39 cm = 58 R from the stop off the M.
Working out:
Stretch parts, moisten and allow to dry. Sew together the 5 pieces of the same color into a cube that is open at the bottom so that the seams are on the outside. When used as a side table, place the acrylic glass on top.
