Chocolate yeast flower: yeast dough with nutella

Yeast flower recipe

ingredients

200 ml of milk, 80 g of sugar, 1 packet of vanillin sugar, 1 cube of yeast, 500 g of flour, 125 g of butter, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt, 1 glass of Nutella, 1 egg yolk + 2 tbsp milk

preparation

1. Mix flour, salt, vanillin sugar and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs and butter in little flakes. Warm the milk lukewarm, break in the yeast and dissolve with stirring. Pour onto the flour mixture and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer for 4-5 minutes to a smooth dough. Cover in a warm place for about 60 minutes.

2. Knead yeast dough again briefly and divide into four equal pieces. Roll out the dough pieces into even circles (approx. 25 cm each).

3. On the first circle, brush 2 tbsp. Of Nutella and leave to the edge 1 cm. Place the second circle on it, brush with Nutella, place the third circle on it, brush with Nutella and cover with the fourth circle.

4. Place a glass in the middle of the circle and divide the yeast flower into 16 even pieces from the center. Always twist two adjacent strands of dough in the opposite direction. Cover in a warm place for 30 minutes.

5. Whisk the egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of milk. Brush the yeast flower and bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C) for approx. 25 minutes.
