Snow White cake recipe - as in a fairy tale

Mirror Mirror on the wall. Who is the most beautiful cake in the country? Maybe not the most beautiful, but one of the tastiest. The combination of chocolate, fruit and cream turns the Snow White cake into a fairytale cake experience.

Wait a minute - we know the cake. A marbled ground, a fine buttercream and bright red cherries - the cake recipe for Snow White cake resembles that of the Danube wave, crowned with a touch of love.

Snow White cake recipe

Ingredients (16 pieces)

  • 375 g of soft butter,
  • 125 g of sugar,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 200 g of flour,
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda,
  • 11 tbsp milk,
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
  • 250 g of frozen cherries,
  • 150 g powdered sugar,
  • 150 g of dark chocolate,
  • 15 g of coconut oil,
  • Fat and flour for the springform

preparation

1. Stir 125 g butter and sugar creamy with the whisk of the hand mixer. Add eggs one at a time. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in with 7 tbsp milk. Place the half of the dough in a greased spring-sprinkled dish (26 cm Ø) and smooth. Mix the other half with cocoa and 4 tbsp milk. Carefully spread the dark dough on the light dough. Spread the frozen cherries on top and bake the cake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 ° C / circulating air: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) for about 35 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

2. Beat 250 g of butter with icing sugar creamy white. Spread buttercream on the cake base and leave to cool for approx. 30 minutes. Chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath with coconut oil. Allow chocolate to cool slightly until thick. Distribute the cream quickly on the cream, rip it with a cake comb and leave to cool in a cool place. Carefully remove the springform mold. Cut the pie into pieces.
