Turkey and peanut curry

ingredients for 4 persons

  • 600 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece (s) (about 30 g) ginger
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 50 g raisins
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt, pepper, curry
  • Brown sugar
  • 1 glass (400 ml) poultry stock
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 75 g salted roasted peanut kernels

Preparation, about 40 minutes

Wash 1 meat, pat dry and dice. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Peel garlic and ginger and finely chop. Clean the chilli, cut lengthways, remove seeds, wash and chop very finely.

Rinse 2 raisins and drain. Oil in a wok or one.

Heat 3 large frying pan. Fry the meat thoroughly for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spring onions, to 2 tablespoons, garlic, ginger and chilli and fry briefly. Sprinkle with 1 tsp curry and 1/2 tsp. Sugar, sauté briefly while stirring.

4 Add the stock, soy sauce and raisins. Boil and cook for about 5 minutes.

Roughly chop peanuts. Turkey curry with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Sprinkle with the rest of the spring onions and peanuts. Rice tastes great.
