What should we think about this picture? Is hotel heiress Paris Hilton actually so thin or has the Photoshop brush helped?

When It-Girl Paris Hilton lets Ibiza's sun shine on her stomach, of course, her fans will be there too. The picture was shared by the hotel owner at the beginning of September 2014 on Instagram - but not only earned admiring comments. Some fans are worried: "I wish you would at least increase a little bit, " writes a user. Because the 33-year-old looks pretty thin in her tight white bikini.

Do we now have to worry about Paris' health? Or rather their lack of Photoshop artistry? Because the super-zoom on her left hand shows a few optical inconsistencies. Has the already slender Paris "erased" a few centimeters on this photo? Or is everything real here?
