- Decor foil in blue (from Efco, craft shop) scissors
- Bowl of water
- Lamp (eg
- Septim of IKEA in white; 22 euros)
- crepe paper

- small scissors
1. Draw the tulip motif on the backing paper of the decor foil and cut out the tulip.
2. Place the cut motif in water until the backing paper loosens.
3. Carefully slide the motif onto the lamp from the backing paper. Position around the lamp. Dab off excess water with crepe paper. Let dry.
