How does an international superstar keep fit? Singer Jessie J turns us on in a fitness app . We show her High Intensity Workout!

No wonder you have to keep fit on such a stint - and Jessie J does that with a lot of energy! Nike put together the singer's "Wild Alive" High Intensity Workout, consisting of five exercises. The focus is on muscle building, strength and endurance - especially in the leg area. Jessie J shows the users of the Nike + Training Club (N + TC) App their technique for intense squats, lunges and jumps. "The app helps me do my workout, sweat, and get the most out of myself, " says Jessie J. "And the best part is that my fans can now join in and get a feel for how I train, which is cool! "
