Tzatziki original recipe

Ingredients (4 servings)

500 g cream quark, 250 g Greek yogurt (10% fat), 3 cloves of garlic, 1 cucumber, 1 teaspoon olive oil, salt, pepper

preparation

1. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt and olive oil.

2. Grate the cucumber, sprinkle with salt and leave for a few minutes.

3. Squeeze the cucumber, stir in the curd cheese and season with garlic and salt. Let it rest overnight and enjoy it the next day.
