Baptism of Mein Schiff 3
Tens of thousands of fans celebrated the christening of "Mein Schiff 3" with Helene Fischer in Hamburg.
A better godmother than Hamburg fan Helene Fischer could hardly have chosen TUI Cruises. In a spectacular ceremony with tens of thousands of guests, she lent the luxury steamer his name " Mein Schiff 3 ".
She came, sang and made Hamburg breathless: Helene Fischer enchanted the audience during the festive baptism of the ship "Mein Schiff 3". And she insisted on speaking her personal baptism from the air. Only attached to two ropes of a large balloon she floated over the guests and gave the luxury steamer his name.
A moment that was also very special for Germany's most popular singer: "It's also an incredible day for me - not every day you baptize a ship". That she was "a little nervous" before the big moment only made her more sympathetic. But everything went well: The champagne bottle crashed on the first attempt against the ship's side and the celebrating audience was not disappointed: hits like "breathless" and "phenomenon" sounded through the Hafencity. Thank you Helene, for probably the most beautiful ship baptism in the world!
