I love the live! The art of enjoying the moment

Everything about the art of enjoying every moment to the fullest. How to fill your everyday life with great moments and finally say again: "I love life!"

Each of us has wondered: if this was my last day, how would I spend that? Would I be happy with my life? Or, damn, are there a thousand great things I did not do? Honestly, all of us would have come up with many, many small and big adventures that went our way through this raffle. The usual apologies: Everyday stress. No time. No money. The butt did not get up.

Do we really want to settle for that? No way! Since "YOLO" (= You Only Live Once) became a winged shortcut, the "You only live once, sweetie" moments suddenly seem incredibly precious to us. Only - how do you celebrate the right here and now?

Actually, that's not that hard. Because our life is filled with magical moments. The art is merely to keep an eye on her between all the annoying obligations. Ute Lauterbach, author of the book Become Your Own Lucky Pilot, explains: "Great moments can not just be glued to life from the outside, you have to feel them." So if the positive attitude comes to life, a balloon ride is just as "Yeah!" elicit barefoot mowing the lawn. Finally, we determine what we find wonderful and enriching ourselves.

A great stroke of luck, because loving everyday life is not great art when you are on holiday and you are served the best cappuccino in the city. But we often have to spend our time with things that are not fun for us. Or deal with people we find okay at best. Therefore, it is even more important to be content with mediocrity in the "This is my life" period. But to outdo the less fulfilling moments with fantastic ones.

How to take the best and learn to enjoy life ? For example, with generosity towards yourself. Anyone who goes to work in the crowded subway every morning may take a taxi at the weekend. And instead of a "yes, tastes okay" -paste it should also be a small "I'm dying for luck" menu - which by the way does not always have to cost more.

"Everything depends on conscious experience, " says Lauterbach. "To really enjoy great moments, you first have to notice them." Granted, that's often not easy. Because the past and the future push the now strong through the area. We let ourselves be limited by rules of the game, according to which others make their lives. Or what would be more sensible than celebrating the moment.

But: Even this crazy short-times-the-limits crossing is just a matter of practice. The longing for it lurks in us after all and just wants to be released. Enjoy life ? Let's just do it!
