In front of the New York Fashion Week shows , open air has as many good ideas on the way as on the runways. The coolest streetstyle interpretations of new trends.
Already clear, in sailor shirt and tutu, hardly any of us would stoop through Stuttgart or Münster. But at New York Fashion Week, we can hardly get enough of street style looks. What fashion icons such as Anna dello Russo or Carine Roitfeld walk, is undoubtedly todschick, but from head to toe usually so expensive that we can forget the Trag-I-now-even-time thoughts right away. But watching is known to cost nothing.
And anyway: It's not about one-to-one copying. To look at the style of other women is so exciting, because you can throw an almost voyeuristic view of what others have so hung in the closet. Because you can steal little weird styling ideas (which, yellow to pink, that works? And chiffon cloth plus cowboy hat is kind of cool ...). And: maybe cut a bit of courage.
