Good Morning
With this simple trick, you can personalize your breakfast board. We will show you step by step how to do it.
You need this:
- Copy of photo (printed on laser printer)
- Gel medium (eg of idea, about 9 €)
- wooden board
- fine sandpaper
- clearcoat
- scissors
- brush
- ruler
- sponge
And that's how easy it is:
1. Print the photo in the copy shop with the laser printer. Cut out desired motifs.
2. Coat the printed side of the copy thick with the gel medium. Now stick the motif with the coated side on the desired position of the board. Make sure that no bubbles occur and press the paper firmly with a ruler. Let it dry overnight.
3. Using a sponge and warm water, rub gently over the paper until the paper peels off and the motif becomes visible. Unevenness and adhesive residues can still be removed with fine sandpaper.
4. For the board to be wiped off, varnish with clear lacquer.
