This woman is an all-round talent, became famous as a dancing and singing cat Grizabella in the musical "Cats". And she also has a happy knack for home and garden. "The stage is my life - and this is my paradise, " enthuses Angelika Milster, as NEUE POST visits her in her beautiful home in Switzerland. Her husband, the Swiss conductor, composer and producer André Bauer (64), discovered the house by chance and meanwhile the couple has been living here for four years.
Angelika Milster: "The house has about 230 square meters, is old and very cozy." On the ground floor is only the office. The living rooms are upstairs. From the dining room leads onto a balcony, overlooking the mountains and Lake Lucerne.Von the kitchen opens onto a large terrace. "Here we always have breakfast, " says the artist and reveals that she is also passionate about cooking. "For me, cookbooks are like thrillers. Sometimes I get gifted by older ladies very old cookbooks. I find that particularly interesting. Then I cook the dishes and it always tastes good, even if I do not succeed, " says Angelika Milster and laughs loudly. The artist likes to live. And she also has a green thumb. "I created the garden myself, " she assures. "I took out trees, planted flowers and sown. I even planted hedges again. Yes, I am very, very happy in our dream home. "
