You just have to wait for a balmy evening, then invite friends and family to eat and relax - and we wish you a good appetite!

Our tips : The ten golden rules for grilling

1. Barbecues are also allowed on the balcony, but you must not smoke the neighbors too strong and not after 22 o'clock, otherwise threatens a fine - here thoughtfulness and a nice charge for a barbecue evening help.

2. Buy charcoal with the seal of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The international certificate guarantees that the raw materials come from sustainable forest management.

3. Do not lay food on the grid until the coal has evenly burnt through, covered with a white layer of ash.

4. Use a fireplace lighter instead of a chemical accelerator - they are made from renewable raw materials and are produced without chemicals.

5. Stir fry is even when juice beads emerge on the top. In general, the fork back pressure test applies: If it does not yield so easily, it is also thoroughly cooked inside.

6. Meat with a Bio or Demeter seal is more expensive, but more environmentally friendly and produced with respect for the natural needs of the animals.

7. Do not pierce beef with the fork while grilling: the juice runs out. Better is a barbecue tongs. Let grill food rest for three minutes.

8. Pay attention to the MSC seal when purchasing fish.

9. Eat More Vegetables: Eggplant, peppers and zucchini are just delicious grilled.

10. For maximum cleaning, heat the grill for cleaning so that the grill residue burns. Use a stainless steel brush to remove the remains of the hot rust. Rinse off remaining parts when cold.
