It does not always have to be tops or scarves - so how about knitting a pair of slippers? With our instructions, they are made easy!
Size: 35/37 - 38/40 - 41/43
What you need for slippers:
- Garnstudios DROPS MERINO EXTRA FINE 100-100-100 gr. No. 19, light gray-blue
- DROPS NEEDLE GAME AND ROUND NEEDLE NO. 3.5 (40 cm) - Stitch: 22 sts. X 30 sts. Knit = 10 x 10 cm
And this is how it's done:
KRAUSRIPPE (round knitted):
1 ridge = 2 rounds. 1st row: left, 2nd row: right.
PATENT (round knit):
ROUND 1: * 1 turn, 1 st. take off, 1 re. *, repeat from * - *.
2nd ROUND: * Envelope and the lifted M. li. Knitting, 1 turn, 1 st. take off *, repeat from * - *.
3rd ROUND: * 1 envelope, 1 st. take off, the envelope and the lifted M. re. knit *, repeat from * - *.
Repeat 2nd and 3rd round.
SLIPPERS:
The work is knitted around. Cast on 60-66-72 sts on needle size 3.5 mm with Merino Extra Fine and cast on 1 round, 1 round left. and 1 round re. knit. AT THE SAME TIME inc 8-10-12 sts evenly = 68-76-84 sts. knit. Continue the next row as follows: * 1 left, 1 right. * repeat from * - *. Knit 2 cm 1 left / 1 time. Then knit PATENT PATTERN - see above. After 8½ -9 - 9½ cm (after a 3rd round in the pattern) knit the next round as follows: * the envelope and the lifted M. li. knit together, 1 round *, repeat from * - *. Then LAX re. over re. and li. over left Cast off.
ASSEMBLY:
Fold the work and sew together at the bottom (= under the foot).
