Ingredients for 4 persons:
6 limes4 stalks woodruff1 tablespoons brown sugar8 cl cane brandy (cachaça) soda water ice cube
Preparation:
Wash limes and cut into pieces. Wash the woodruff and pluck the leaves (leave a few leaves to garnish). Pour 1 tbsp brown sugar and a little woodruff into four jars, crumble with a pestle. Add 2 cc (or more) cachaça and soda water with ice cubes. Put in each jar a few whole woodruff leaves.
