When the summer is not far away we look forward to white almonds, fine coconuts and a delicate cream. In combination with aromatic raspberries a summery delicacy. The best: A Raffaello cream is not only quickly stirred together, it can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere - thanks to frozen raspberries.

Ingredients (4 servings)
500 g of cottage cheese, 200 g cream, 40 g sugar, 2 sachets vanillin sugar, 400 g raspberries (TK), 1 packet of Raffaello
1. Crush Raffaello.
2. Mix the quark, sugar and vanilla sugar together and add to the crushed Raffaello. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in.
3. Fill half of the cream in the jars. Spread frozen raspberries on top and cover with the rest of the cream. Sprinkle with roasted almonds as desired.
