Was it his own idea or his advisor? No matter - the idea is good! Prince William chose prominent athletes as figureheads for his animal welfare foundation. True to the motto: royal superstar meets champions.
With media attention, Prince William presented himself with his most famous star - David Beckham - alongside the photographers. The football legend (thanks to his wife Victoria with a high gossip factor) will in future be an ambassador for Williams Foundation "United for Wildlife", which is particularly committed to the rescue of endangered wildlife in Africa.
William, as you know, poaching and ivory smuggling mercilessly. Of course, Beckham felt very honored to be on board in this important campaign last Monday during his press engagement with the Queen's Grandson.
Who else is sitting in it? Right up front: tennis-ace Andy Murray, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton and professional footballer Hans Sarpei (worked for Schalke 04, Bayer Leverkusen and VfL Wolfsburg among others).
