Perfect for the home office
This seat ball is not only good for your back, it looks great too. Design it with our guide for your home office.
You need this for the seat ball:
- Seat ball (here about 65 cm in diameter)
- Pattern paper
- 2.5 m fabric with light content
- Zipper, 60 cm
- tape measure
- curve template
- pencil
- French chalk
- fabric scissors
- pins
- Sewing machine and matching yarn
And that's how easy it is:
1. Depending on the size of the ball, make a pattern yourself, which represents one-fifth of the ball. Draw and cut this on a marker paper using a curve ruler. Transfer to the fabric with 1 cm seam allowance with tailor's chalk.
2. Repeat this process four times (a total of 5 passes are required) and cut out the parts.
3. Two pieces of fabric are placed right to right, fixed with pins on a long side and then sewn together.
4. Sew on the remaining panels as well.
5. Sew the zipper in the last open edge in the middle.
6. Place the still uninflated seat ball in the open cover and inflate.
7. Close the zipper.
