1. Shape the birch branch into a heart and tie it with a string.
2. Cut the sign and label it.
3. Hang the shield and heart together with a gift ribbon on the door. Possibly. Hydrangea flower stuck to the branches.
Tip: Print out beautiful writing and transfer to the sign with transfer foil.
