Oatmeal makes every sweet little thing better. At least in our head. And in Tina too. Because she has created these healthy muffins, baked, photographed, nibbled, .... A fine crunch, a delicate cream and a fruity topping - breakfast delight at its best!
A cereal for coffee? Why not! Tina's cereal bowls look so wonderful that we not only enjoy them for breakfast, but also for afternoon coffee - baked with love and decorated with berries.
Healthy muffins
ingredients
75 g of Hafferflocken, 25 g of coconut flakes, 3 tablespoons of nuts or almonds, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of liquid butter, yogurt, fruit to your liking
preparation
1. Mix oatmeal, coconut flakes and nuts or almonds with the liquid butter and maple syrup.
2. Lubricate the troughs of a muffin tray and form the muesli mixture on the bottom and wheel into bowls.
3. Bake the cereal bowls in a preheated oven (175 ° C) for approx. 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely and fill as desired.
