Pesto

Homemade, the tasty spice paste tastes best. If there is anything left, just fill it in ice cube trays. So you have over several weeks always pesto ready for your pasta.

noodles

Have you cooked more pasta than you can eat? In freezer bags, penne, spaghetti and farfalle can be jerked and chilled. Thawing is best done in the microwave. Moisten with a little water first.

cookie dough

Freshly baked cookies are so delicious! If the baking tray is full and there is still dough left, you can freeze it easily and without any loss of quality and continue using it the next weekend. Under certain circumstances, the baking time is extended by 10-15 percent. Tip: Yeast dough can just as easily be frozen .

chicken broth

Anyone who takes the trouble and cooks them should not give a drop. Frozen in small plastic cans, it is the basis for sauces, soups & Co.

crisps

If something is left over while snacking, many resort to the cling clip. Better: Put the chips in a freezer bag and then into the freezer with it. So they stay fresh for longer and are thawed in a few minutes.

avocado
