Nobility: Robert (48) and Carmen have been living in the Principality of Monaco for 18 years. Not only that they can look from their roof terrace on Prince Albert's palace - the cult couple has already met the head of state in person! "Every now and then we see Charlène shopping", reveals Carmen.
