Meal Prep: That sounds like a new, great diet or a special pre-meal workout . But it's not. Food Prep or Meal Prep means nothing more than preparing your meal in the evening, avoiding fast food or other unhealthy snacks during the day .

The temptations in every workplace are irritating: a few cookies here, a piece of chocolate and latte macchiato there. And you've already eaten quite a bit of calories very quickly. To prevent that, you need a strategy . The best way to dispense with the unhealthy, if you can replace with something healthy. Instead of bringing chocolate you bring grapes to the office. For the latte macchiato you drink an almond milk. So you can escape many calorie traps .

Lunch at Meal Prep
