Touching Reddit post shows the good in man

She wrote the following text on Reddit:
" To the woman who made me cry today at Wal-Mart ...
I bought groceries with my link card [a card that helps low-income families to buy food; Note d. Red.] , And baby soap and deodorant with the only five-dollar bill I had. I checked my balance before I went to the store and thought I had $ 120 left. But at checkout, I noticed that the number was out of date and I only had $ 70 left. They noticed how embarrassed I was when I had to do parts of my shopping. I just tried to make sure that I could bring food home to my son.
They were very patient and friendly while we worked to get the right amount. Then it was time to pay for the deodorant and baby soap. The soap was a few dollars more expensive than the price tag. I wanted to leave the deodorant that I really needed urgently, so that my baby could take a bath and that was okay. I was ready to do that.
But you did not allow me to leave it behind. They took your own bag and gave me the missing money so I could buy both.
I cried all over the way home. Not because of the left-over purchases, but because of your friendliness. They had no idea of the difficult months that my family and I have been through. They did not know how much these two dollars meant to me. You'll never know how important your little act of generosity was to me, but it was huge.
I wish I had asked for your name so I can call Wal-Mart and tell them what an incredible woman works for them. I wish there was a way to give you back what you did for me. Instead, I write this post in case you go to Reddit and see him. You probably will not see him, but I hope so.

It was only two US dollars (the equivalent of 1.80 euros), but that this small amount can trigger so much, makes so much more out of this money.
