Alesya Gulevich can balance dozens of hula hoops
She is beautiful, incredibly articulate and so mysterious on stage that the viewer wants nothing more than to follow Alesya Gulevich into her fascinating circus world.
Alesya Gulevich is a hula hoop artist known for her world-record: spinning 107 hoops at the same time. But really breathtaking are her shows in which she balances ten tires and more with her whole body. Fast tango music, fiery clothes and her pliable body - Alesya on stage is amazing and this is her latest show:
The sparkle in the eyes, the joy in every movement - the circus blood in her veins is to see Alesya with every movement.
Even her parents were artists. The enchanting blonde is the daughter of circus clown Fiodor Gulevich and aerial artist Nadezda Bilenko. The two of them let their little one play early in the sand of the ring of the Russian state circus. However, her parents did not press her, Alesya voluntarily decided to live on stage: "I just love this way of life". However, it did not keep it in Russia.
She found love in Wiesbaden
Today Alesya lives alternately in Florida and in the Hessian Wiesbaden. She fell in love with the German journalist Sven Rindfleisch and gave him the motto in the spring of 2015 on the Danish island of Fanø.
Do you think your children will carry the circus blood?
Speaking to Wunderweib, Alesya says, "I think so, my mom is well known for her aerial acrobatics and my dad is a famous clown who still performs all over the world, although my husband Sven is not from the show business but he loves the circus at least as much as I. Already as a child he fell in love with the circus atmosphere, later he founded the circus site Chapiteau.de and today he is the editor-in-chief of the German circus newspaper Founded the artist agency Intense Booking, which arranges artists for shows and private events, so I would be really surprised if my kids did not feel like circus, but of course I'll give them all the freedom to decide who and what they are want."
At any rate, her children will have plenty of time to watch her mum training, as Alesya trains up to eight hours a day to create her spectacular hula hoop number. "It took a lot of time to make a whole show out of a small idea, but I've been thinking of the choreography for my newest number, which you can see in the video, for four years now, but it was only this year that she was ready for the Implementation!" In addition to the training with the tires, many dance and fitness lessons are added, as well as keeping Alesya fit with yoga and weightlifting.
Can anyone learn how to deal with hula hoops?
Alesya has to laugh at this question, her reaction gives a clear idea of how much strength and effort her profession needs, until on stage a wonderfully light show can be seen. "I'm not sure about that, you might be able to learn some tricks quickly, but for many of the tricks in combination with dance moves, even professionals need a lot of time, but do not be afraid, just start learning it's fun and very fun I wish you luck! "
By the way, Aleysa designs her beautiful costumes together with her mother, who has since retired. "That's my second passion - to develop for myself and other costumes." Her personal favorite trick is one in which she turns ten (!) Hula hoops on her body at the same time. "I really respect this trick, because it is very moody, you can master a trick perfectly, if you move your leg a little bit too far to the right, or if you change the position of your body a little, the movement of the tires changes you have to learn the trick completely new. "
