Wheat has long been suspected of being a big fattener. That it leads to more or less severe indigestion in many people, is even proven. This is mainly due to the protein gluten, which is particularly abundant in today's wheat varieties. But even those who do not get a stomachache from gluten probably know another side effect of wheat products from painful experience: We can do without so much bread, pasta and Co., because wheat acts on our body like a drug. The ingredients promote our appetite - by the way stronger than a chocolate bar - and drive the insulin in the blood enormously in the air. The result: cravings, stomach fat increases, and the risk of diabetes increases.

Those who want to lose weight without sacrificing hunger should reduce their wheat products, eat only in the morning and at noon, and abstain from it for dinner. It is important that you not only paint pasta, bread and baked goods, but also study the ingredient lists of ready-made food: here is often hidden wheat.

Even faster to succeed - with this mini-workout you build muscle and boost fat burning.
