What wonderful news from Andy Borg! After a sad break from the Musikantenstadl, the 58-year-old presenter proves very impressively that he does not belong to the old iron yet.
The television presenter and singer Andy Borg (58) produced further episodes of his monthly Saturday night show on SWR television. In Offenburg, five new episodes of "Schlager-Fun with Andy Borg" will be recorded at the end of November, as Südwestrundfunk announced on Thursday. For the entertainment show with pop songs and folk music hosted by Borg, the backdrop of a wine bar will be set up on the exhibition grounds.
It is the third production site of the TV program, which was launched last December. The results to date have arisen in an exhibition hall in Villingen-Schwenningen and in Europa-Park in Rust.
The SWR is broadcasting the new issue of "Schlager-Fun mit Andy Borg" this Saturday (14.9.) At 8.15 pm. For Borg the program is a comeback as a television presenter. From 2006 to 2015 he moderated the folk music show "Musikantenstadl" in the first one. With the new episodes, he has again impressively proven that he is far from the old iron.
