Pet names of the stars: Kate Middleton and Prince William
The British telephone tapping scandal revealed a sweet secret from Prince William and Kate Middleton. Not only the pet name of William for Kate became public, also that the future king of England likes to treat his brother Prince Harry with jokes.

What does a future king call his girlfriend? "Babykins" would certainly not be the first pet name we can think of. But that's exactly what Prince William called his then-still-girlfriend and now wife Kate Middleton in 2006 as in the process over the British telephone-listening scandal. Actually, the perfect choice: not as 08/15 as "baby", but with a small personal touch.

That the relationship between Prince William and his brother Prince Harry is very close, was confirmed by the now announced phone calls again. Wills' big brother apparently likes to bombard the "little" Royal Harry with joke calls. Also in a high falsetto voice, which should represent Prince Harry's former girlfriend Chelsey Davy (the two were a couple from 2005-2010).

Although these private details of the royal family became known under very unfortunate circumstances, they make the three young royals just a little more sympathetic. Not only is Prince William, wife Kate Middleton and Prince Harry very close, their dealings with each other are refreshingly normal and warm. Whether Prince William, however, still uses the sweet nickname "Babykins" for wife Kate, is not known.
