Black tea with milk? Better not!

We would not have thought that, but tea with milk is really not a good idea!

That's why you should avoid this combination

The English love it and the combination of black tea and a dash of fresh milk is also very popular here. What we forget about the taste: For our body, this mixture is absolutely useless!

Why? Quite simply: The anti-inflammatory effect of black tea is completely blocked by the milk, because the proteins contained in the milk prevent the absorption of antioxidants in the body. The caffeine content in the tea causes the absorption of calcium to be inhibited. A splash of lemon juice in tea helps the body, however, due to the contained vitamin C to better absorb the antioxidants, which in turn do the heart vessels, because they have a relaxing effect on the vessel walls.
