We already know zebra cake. But a zebra cheesecake? Yes exactly! A buttery short crust pastry, topped by a classic and a chocolate curds - cake delight of the very finest. A little tip: A topping of fresh fruits not only looks beautiful, but also tastes wonderful after summer.

Ingredients (12 pieces)

125 g butter, 75 g powdered sugar, 200 g flour, 6 eggs, salt, 750 g cream quark, 250 g sour cream, 150 g sugar, 1 packet vanillin sugar, 1 packet of vanilla-flavored custard powder (for cooking), 1 packet Sauce powder 'vanilla flavor' (for cooking), 2 tablespoons milk, 2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder, flour for hands and work surface, grease for the form, cling film

preparation

1. Knead the butter, powdered sugar, flour, 1 egg and 1 pinch of salt first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with floured hands to a smooth dough. Wrap dough in foil, refrigerate for approx. 30 minutes.

2. Mix quark, sour cream, sugar, vanillin sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir in 5 eggs one after the other. Stir in custard powder and sauce powder.

3. Halve the cheese mass. Stir in a half of milk and cocoa. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface around (about 34 cm Ø) and lay out a greased springform (26 cm Ø) with it, lightly press on the edge.

4. Place cheese masses alternately with one tablespoon in the middle of the mold, knock the mold lightly on the work surface now and then to make the cheese masses run better.

5. Bake cake in preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 ° C / circulating air: 150 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) Bake 45-55 minutes on lower rail, remove and allow to cool for about 3 hours on a wire rack. Take the cake out of the mold. This tastes whipped cream.
