Photoshop glitches: Zac Efron
Zac Efron has a suspiciously thick triceps on the cover of the US edition of Men's Health. How carved out of stone and strangely long does the muscle work - was it just hard training or Photoshop?

Zac Efron is making comic sailor Popeye with his muscles lately. The actor has a mega triceps on the left - at least on the US cover of the new "Men's Health".

The US gossip website "JustJared.com" shows the cover picture in early April. Then Zac Efron's left arm looks strangely muscular, almost scary. The triceps look like they are carved out of stone and are also a bit too long: In the actor, the muscle runs from the upper arm to the elbow. A Photoshop glitch or just hard training?
Zac Efron: Mega muscles for new movie
After all, Zac Efron had to train for his role in his new movie "The Lucky One - Forever Your" powerful muscles. Finally, he plays in the movie (theatrical release: April 26, 2012) a soldier of the US Marines special unit. Also on the movie poster looks Zac Efron significantly more muscular than even to "high school musical" times - but not nearly as oversubscribed as on the "Men's Health" cover.
