Turkey schnitzel Caprese

Ingredients (4 people)

4 turkey fillets (about 150 g each), 8 slices of Parma ham, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 600 g cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper, 250 g whipping cream, sugar, 125 g mozzarella cheese

1. Halve turkey fillet across to produce 8 cutlets. Put a slice of ham on each schnitzel, fold it up, stick it with wooden skewers. Peel the onion and garlic, finely dice.
