"A day without laughing is a lost day."

Charlie Chaplin said, "A day without laughter is a lost day." He is right! Because if you laugh a lot, you do not have to worry about life.

Laughter is the best medicine! This is also confirmed by laughter researcher dr. Michael Titze: "From the breakdown of stress hormones to the increased formation of antibodies - laughter is good for body and soul."
