#WakeUpCall: All about the successor to the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Sleep faces instead of water bucket

After the ebb of the Ice Bucket Challenge, there is something new. #WakeUpCall has a similar principle but a different goal. Everything about the selfies for a good cause is here.

We had already wondered: For weeks no one has tipped a bucket of ice water over his head and a real successor to the Ice Bucket Challenge was not in sight. That changes right now!

#WakeUpCall is UNICEF's latest viral prank, which raises money for children in Syria. Instead of watering themselves, fresh-off-the-bed selfies are shot this time. As always, a nice idea for a good cause, but we fear that in the end less the suffering of refugees will be in the foreground, as posing "So great I see in the morning out" prom.

Naomi Campbell made a start with her selfie. Then the modeling stone blinks lasciviously into the camera of her iPhone .: The wearer of her negligee - slipped up, the hair pretty ruffled, the eyelashes fuzzed and the lips light pink. Just as each of us looks right after getting up. NOT. Sorry Naomi, but this is not a shoot for your next sedcard ...

With a better example there are celebrities like Hugh-Grant-ex Jemima Khan and model Daisy Lowe - the most realistic is probably Lena Dunham's out-of-bed selfie - she did not even get involved, but still gets the price for us most honest photo.

#WAKEUPCALL Text SYRIA to 70007 to give £ 5 in the UK or http://t.co/0DjKEuGYQX Post photo 1st thing & nominate 3 more pic.twitter.com/QQ6tb0qK6O
