Zucchini Lasagna

Serve with tomato sauce (½ tin), 1 tablespoon tomato paste, garlic. Cover with 100 g mushrooms, 125 g Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with 40g mozzarella. Toastie burger

Toast 1 toastie. Slice the cucumber. Cut 2 radishes into strips. Cut bark from 2 slices of raclette cheese. Slice the toastie horizontally. Coat each half with about 1 tsp.
