A good party usually includes a glass of alcohol - or two or three. So you do not lose track, there is now a great invention.
Most parties start harmlessly with a beer or a glass of sparkling wine. Then comes the first liquor and many more follow. After some time, you lost track of how much you drank. Especially young people are often unaware of where their limits lie. When drunk, they are helpless and often lose sight of their friends. But women in particular must be on guard. Foreign men could exploit their situation.
To avoid this problem, there is now a practical invention. Students at the University of Wisconsin have developed a clever Armand that uses tiny sensors to measure its wearer's level of alcohol and dehydration. The technical achievement is called " Vive " . Through an app to sync the Vive bracelet with his Facebook profile, then with the bracelets of his friends. After that, the party group can plunge into the nightlife. As long as the health of the wearer is safe, nothing happens. Only when the Vive wristband notices that the alcohol level or dehydration is rising sharply does it vibrate easily. With a short press, however, you can signal the bracelet that everything is okay. But what happens if you do not react?
If you do not react to the vibration, that's a sign to Vive that something's wrong. After a short time it sends a warning to the connected friends. Her Vive bracelets begin to vibrate violently. As a result, they know that a friend is in trouble. The Vive also includes a GPS receiver that helps you find the lost person quickly and get you out of trouble.
A great invention that could make party walks especially for young people much safer! Unfortunately, the bracelets are only available as a prototype. But several investors have already shown interest in the innovative bracelet. The hope is therefore great that it could give the Vive bracelets soon to buy.
